Marcus Olgers (1974) studied piano at the jazz department of the Amsterdam Conservatory of music, graduating with honors in 1999. His passionate style is very personal, yet compatible with a wide range of musical contexts and has been described as imaginative and compelling.

Marcus is one of the most refined and versatile pianists on the Dutch pop- and jazzmusic scene today, playing with major artists and musicians in the Netherlands on stage, in the studio and on radio/tv. His qualities as a composer and producer have already earned him praise from such illustrious names as Bob Mintzer and Tommy LiPuma.
